Four miles from Wal-Mart HQ and "close to the freeway" and "lots of restaurants", this circa-1997 Bentonville hotel is "well maintained", with a staff that "understands the needs of the business traveler"; the "large" rooms, which come with microwaves, fridges, work desks, free WiFi and a small patio or balcony, "could use some updating", although what's there is generally in good working order.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel parking lot was well-lit with a security guard on duty. I felt safe going in and out at night.
The hotel amenities were a bit dated for the 3 star rating.
Traveling as a woman by myself, I felt very safe at this hotel. I got in very late and the parking lot was well-lit with a security guard on duty. All in all, the hotel is wonderful. It's in a quiet part of town, not near many restaurants or any other hotels. It is nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. The beds were OK. I did find that my be at home was more comfy. The business center is in a poor location being set in a corner of the dining area. It is noisy if there are people dining. They only have one computer to use and you sit with your back facing a window which I don't like as people outside can see what I'm doing on the computer. ...read more
